This page has links to instructions and a simple webpage with some interactive tools that was used as part of the MAA135 (Biomathematics and bioinformatics) course at Mälardalens university in 2019.
The relevant part of the course was a brief introduction and examination of modelling of population dynamics using system of differential equations. For some insight into the original context the instructions for the relevant part of the course ("Seminar 2") are also included.
Note that the model plotter was only created to run in the Chrome web browser on the computers in the computer room used for the seminar and was not tested in other browser or on other platforms.
During one of the lectures an example of a model that included some spatial dynamics was shown.
